What seems to be the problem with your under-sink cabinet? I have replaced the floor of cabinets many times because owners have ignored leaking plumbing so I am guessing that this is your question.
Many times it requires creativity to fit replacement plywood in the cabinet because of all of the things you have to work around. Initially bought my Roto-Zip tool specifically to remove the old cabinet floor and make the cuts necessary to fit around the plumbing. Depending on your skills and tools you may tackle this yourself or hire a handyman to do the job for you.
