Try cutting up a rubber rug mat into sizes less than the size of your cushions and place under each cushion, the mat should grip and hold them in place.
How about velcro?
You could use velcro attached to sofa and cushion....it will take some pre-measuring to get it done accurately.

you know the plastic stuff you buy in a roll to line your cupboards? It has little holes in it. Don't know if you have a Dollar Tree where you are but they sell it there and at Lowes. Just put a piece under each cushion and they WILL not move.
You could try ironing on a Velcro strip to the underside of the cushion and the couch.
Get some of the rubber shelf liner at the dollar store and put a piece under your cushion.
We have used Rubbermaid shelf liners for ours.
Double stick tape on the underside or Velcro.

Use Rubber used to stop plates from moving on table/tray or use Upholstery rubber mat.
A rubber mat offers a better grip on the cushion, which keeps it intact in place.
Velcro underneath or rug gripper pads.
