Obviously has too much weight in middle drawers, take out all the drawers ... is the back panel solid wood, thin veneer or cardboard? If its not solid wood I would put a 1/4" piece of plywood across the back.
Check to make sure all the cross braces are intact, and the bottom braces and floor of the dresser haven't broken.
You can then turn the dresser upside down, and remove the legs if you want. You can make a 2x4 rectangular base to fit the dresser, glue and screw in at the corners. Stain to match.
When you put your crafting items back in, don't put all the heavy ones in the middle.
take off legs; get a 3/4 pc. of plywood; cut to bottom size, glue to original bottom, nail all edges and put legs back on; i assume 5th leg goes in center middle? put it back on; the plywood will make it stronger. hope this works. paint to match .
yes i agree with the two other ideas. it is what i would do also
