How do I replace bed drawer facades?

Had to remove draws from king size bed. Now I just want the draw faces put back on.

First you need to remove the drawer fronts. If the drawers were flush with the surface. You would need to nail or screw some 1x2 bracing on the inside of the drawer opening allowing for the thickness of the drawer front. Then nail or screw the fronts to the braces. If they overlap the drawer opening just line them up and nail/screw on.

If you don't want to use the ones you have removed, you can make some replacements out of plywood.

To affix, a bead of wood glue around the edges and then small brad nails to secure.

Can you remove the drawer boxes and nail the drawer faces back in place?
