Carefully take the chair apart to see how the fabric is secured, try and keep the fabric part as intact as possible so you can use it as a pattern to cut the new fabric. You should be able to find a, similar, replacement fabric at an upholstery fabric outlet or store in the outdoor fabrics area... call around and see if they sell "Sumbrella" or similar outdoor fabrics.... then go and select the one you like.
