Use plastic welder's glue or epoxy. Check for it at your local hardware store.
Hello. For cosmetic repairs I use plumbers epoxy putty. Its very economical at the local big box hardware stores.
But for safety I would suggest not to repair a chair if it’s a structural defect in nature. Safety and avoiding injury would be my first concern.

If it is minor, you can pick up an epoxy repair kit. In my experience, the best ones are the kind that you mix 2 ingredients together to activate at the time of use. We've gotten it at Home Depot in the past so I'm sure any store that carries home repair items will have it, as well as ordering online.

For minor cracks a two part epoxy will work.

You could gorilla glue it or get tape that wide and tape it realy if you could melt it back together it would work
