I assume you have Thermofoil cabinets. Once the "plastic" cracks and peels there in no real way to fix it. The covering is heat bonded to the MDF at the factory. All you can do is remove and paint.

Redoing My Kitchen Peeling Cabinets One at a Time
Is the plastic film pealing? If so, there's really nothing you can do. The film is applied during the manufacturing process. All you can do is try to glue it back. Sorry.
You could cover it with contact paper.
You can try contact cement. Used to glue laminate to countertops. Put some on the plastic and some on the door. Let it dry till tacky to the touch. Once contact is made to both parts the bond is permanent. You can also soften the plastic with a low dryer but be careful not to burn or melt it.
