I would call a granite installer and ask them. They may have a repair kit just for your kind of chip.

Granite repair kit or Granite dust and resin mixed or Scouring powder and Colour added to Resin mix. Or Coloured Silicone Sealer for Baths...

I have one like that also, so if you get a practical answer on how YOU can fix it, that would be great for me too!

Use Bondo for car dents. Pack it into the chip with a plastic knife and throw the knife away when the job is over. Smooth the Bondo on the surface and sides, and let it cure for 2-3 days. Then lightly sand over the area to make sure it stays smooth. Then use acrylic or latex paint (a child’s set would be fine) to paint and touch up the repair. Granite is more than flat gray! Seal with a little polyurethane and let it dry 2-3 days before you set anything on it. This curing time will keep the repair from having to be done over. Best wishes ☺️

I agree that you should call a granite installer if you think a chip is spreading. I would think they have an epoxy to help fix your problem.
