Other than replacing the legs with taller ones, the only thing left is to make a platform for them
not a safe idea to add length to existing legs, must be a replace of entire legs
They are likely counter stool height, not bar stool height (which is higher) These are two common heights in ready made stools.
Detach legs from seat. Add cut to size wood plancks to desired height. Screw seat back on
I agree, you can not add to the legs you have. Home Depot or Lowes have pretty spindly legs in all kinds of height, you might even be able to match the line of the chair.
Use a thick cushion.
I didn't see how high you wanted to raise them. If it is only a inch or two a thick seat cushion should work.
I agree that the legs need to be replaced. check with some antique stores and they may have what your looking for at a less price
Are the legs on these stools screwed into some kind of frame that is then screwed to the bottom of the chair? Not clear from your photo, but that is what it look like. If that is the case, you could simply unscrew the "frame" that the legs are screwed into, attach wood to the bottom of the chair (I would not add more than 2 or 3 inches of thickness) to raise the height of the seat and then screw the frame into the new wood. If I'm seeing something at the bottom of your stool that isn't there, though, you might check to see how much height you could add with casters at the bottom of the legs. You might be able to add as much as 4 inches of height. Of course, you might not want rolling bar stools, but it is something to consider :)
How about casters?
I agree with Jlnatty?! It looks like the stools swivel. If they do you can unscrew the leg platform from the lazy susan and add a wood board in it for the height and screw everything back together.
Exactly take the lazy Susan off.....add a small square board .....I don't have a photo here with me of how we increased ours from counter height to almost bar height...but it work and love it...actually useable.....only safe way to go.
just put a spacer on the bottom of the chair seat to attain the desired height, then reattach the legs
Detach legs make a pattern of the seat. Then cut out seat from board or plywood the thickness you need then add that to bottom reattach legs.
Add glides. ...

Add leg extenders to raise the height of a stool. Sitting too low at a table or bar is uncomfortable and awkward. Since you cannot change the bar height, you'll have to change the bar stool height with either purchased or homemade furniture leg extender pieces. The same applies to smaller stools like footstools.
I so dislike when people add opinions rather than fact when they DON'T know how to do something.
