there is a tualy a material repair kit google it is used it a wile ago it works
or clean up the burnt part trim it off then find a piece of material from under the couch and snip it really small chop it then glue with clear material glue it works
If the hole is tiny, clear fingernail polish will keep the fibers from fraying. If the hole is big enough to get a small piece of fabric inside, tuck it in with a toothpick or tweezers. Then glue over the hole with clear E6000 or even clear Elmer's School Glue for a little patch. Best wishes 😇
If you have homeowners ins. it should cover the damage.
Find fabric same color cut circle slightly larger than burn place it in hole and put a little fabric adhesive inside edge to hold patch in place.
