Leather or leather look like repair?

Have some chairs that need some fixing...they have a few spots peeling and showing the material underneath...what should I do?

    You can try a product called Rub 'n Restore. Gently sand with 220 or 320 grit wet-or-dry sandpaper until the surface feels smooth. You can also work with an old Scotch Brite pad and a multipurpose cleaner. Once you can no longer feel the difference between the original surface and the painted areas, Rub 'n Restore products can be used. If the piece is thoroughly prepped, the dye will properly penetrate and bond.

    I had an old couch that had a large hole, so I duct taped it the same color and voila. Hardly noticeable, mind you the couch was very old.

    Well.....not large hols, just peeling here and there...Thanks for your advice, I'll try that when needed...
