Storm door lock stuck

The lock on our front storm door fell down and locked the door, we cannot open it. It has a lever on the inside and outside. We cannot get handle off and company is of no help. Thanks!

I would take the whole door down, Frame and all then see if I could get it open.. There should be screws on the outside. Maybe some are not made that way but mine is..Maybe that would work..

I'm with #Debs I would take off the hinges to get the door off and take it from there

The pin on the inside of the door probably jambed itself. You would have to try taking the rest of it off. The should have at least 1 to 2 screws where the handle attaches to the door. If that does not work take the door jamb off of the side with the lock. Should be able to take off that way instead of taking the whole door and jamb off. Good Luck
