Porcelain Chip Fix Repair for Tubs and Sink $4.97 at the home depot
The repairs probably won't match because your tub is probably not white anymore. Scour and/or bleach the tub as clean as possible. If you have any off white or pale yellow paint handy, in a can, bottle, or spray can, try a drop or so in the patching material. You may be able to get close to the surrounding color without painting the whole tub. (Cheap cheat: use a $1 bottle of fingernail polish to cover, not repair, chips in the tub.) Best wishes!
