Mayonnaise on a soft cloth with the grain of the wood.
I have used a matching wood stain on a Qtip which makes them less noticeable.
Use Old English Lemon Oil Polish to cover the scratches. Comes in plain, for light wood, for dark wood.

I would probably just restain all of it and then put two coats of poly acrylic over that. If you want them to totally disappear you will have to sand the scratches out first and then restain.

Try Liquid Shoe Polish - Brown
If you just want them color filled wipe with stain, the same color. To fix sand and if they are deep add water to the scratchs to make the pulp to rise nand sand. If they are real deep use an irion with steam to swell the pulp.
