Lowes, Home Depot, Michaels, any glass shop.
You could contact the manufacturer or store where you bought the table to see if they could supply a replacement (in tempered glass) . If the glass that broke sat in a channel so that it would be level with the table top you could have wood cut to fit inside that channel and attach it with screws from underneath.
1. Take a piece of plywood (1/2 - 3/4" thick), add some concrete/grout, tiles of your choice/design. Or use small stones with colored grout instead of tiles. 2. Cut bamboo sticks of equal length, weave together with a thin natural rope or thick ribbon/fabric of your choice. Offset against a thin piece of plywood painted & sealed with a water sealant.
Was the glass round, square, or rectangle?
Window /glass shop - Safety glass. Take in measurements and they should give you a price...........
A glass store. Most larger communities have them. They will custom cut. Take the table with you if you can. You can get plexy glass. More durable but will scratch more easily.
thank you, now to find someone in Wilmington, N.C.
