Back patio roof line lift.
Our latest roof line lift! Removed old columns and replaced with new, pourd new footers with iron reinforced high strenghth concrete piers, braced front header support and new columns with appropriate bracing brackets (you should have seen what they didn't do in 1984!!), installed correct column crowns drilled and set in new footer with anchor bolts (there was none of this!) Customer was very happy and thats all we want!!

Thanks Tim! This was actually an excellent adjustment and the customer was very happy that we were able to get his roof line up. And Sharron, we did not do the painting, they wanted to take care of that themselves!!
