Fixing a leaky gutter is an easy, inexpensive project you can do yourself. If the metal gutter has rusted through, patch it. If the hole is small, use plastic roofing cement. If it is large, use a piece of galvanized metal flashing.

Flex seal comes in all forms depending on area that needs fixed. If it's a bigger sized area get a replacement section then seal ends. You can also get replacement pieces at places like Habitat for Humanity resale stores a little cheaper than new. They don't always carry the same items tho' just what they get from remolding of homes or leftovers from builds. You could just caulk it if it's rusted in spots/holes that aren't to big. Try to keep leaves/debris from piling up in the gutters this will prevent them from rusting.
