Drill a 3 -4 inch hole through the concrete where puddling all the way through to the dirt. Cover with a round metal drain cover you can get for less than $3
You can install a French Drain. This is a hose about 4” in diameter that is full of holes. It takes a bit of work to install one, but it should correct your problem. You need to dig a trench with a slight slope for carrying the water away. After you dig the hole you will add 3-4” of gravel in the bottom of it. Next comes the French Drain. Over the top of the French Drain comes another 3-4” of gravel. This is to weight the hose down. The gravel on the top and bottom serve another very important function; they act as a sort of filter to keep your drain from getting clogged up with dirt. The top gravel needs to be buried at least 10-12” below the surface.
