My home is almost a 100 yrs old & the foundation is cracking & then we had a flood in our area a few yrs back a now my house is sinking. How do I fix this?

You need a structural engineer. foundation contractor to determine if anything can be done.
Please let the pros help you, they will be able to tell you what is going on and probably what will happen in the future. Let them do what they need to do and get it done right.
