How do you anchor wreaths so they stay on the window when the wind picks up? My wreaths keep blowing away in the wind.

Hi MJ, you can use floral wire to anchor it to your fence

Here are the 3 easy steps to hang your wreath:

    1. Attach floral wire to the back of your wreath.
    2. Attach a brick wall wreath hanger to your brick where the brick sticks out at least 1/8″ more than the mortar.
    3. Hang the floral wire on the back of the wreath over the hooks on the brick wall hanger.

You could also try anchoring the bottom with fishing line tied to a shrub or a rock

You might consider using more anchors like the Command hooks and hook it in several places with twine or cord. Hope this helps

Tie a piece of clear monofilament fishing line from the top of the wreath, pull it inside the window, down and back outside and up to the wreath and tie it to the original spot where you started. The tiny space should not affect the insulation of your window and you can't see it since fishing line is clear. It won't flap in the wind and so easy to remove when the season is over with a snip of scissors. One spool of fishing line will last a lifetime and you will fine MANY uses for it throughout the year. I do.
