They sell a concrete patch at Lowes and Home Depot
If your porch is more than 100 square feet and the pitting is bad, you might want to look into hiring someone to do it for you. Concrete patch will work just fine -- unless your porch has a color to it. In that case you'll also have to color the patch or completely resurface it.
You can buy cement patch in a bottle at Home Depot or Lowes. It works like caulk but it is liquid cement.
