How do you replace siding without it looking patched?
due to wind storm, 5 pieces of siding blew off front of house in which only 3 were found. Is there a way to replace missing pieces without it looking like a patch job because of the original siding having faded ?

Probably, in the beginning. Can insurance help. Maybe can get all new since it was storm damaged. Or at least the one side.
What you can do is remove siding from a less visible area to replace the more visible spot. Replace what you removed with the new. I suggest scavenging the siding from a lower area. The eye is usually drawn up and above.
You can take a piece of siding and have it color matched. This is the same process they use for vehicles. My husband calls it "camera-ing". He did this with our vinyl siding when he got tar all over it and you can't tell what was painted vs. original. He used Lowe's but any good paint department should be able to do this.
