there is a caulk like product for concrete....it’s a bit more runny than normal caulk. Gets to the bottom of the crack. You may want to get a “backer rod” and stuff it in the crack first. Then apply the concrete caulk. If the crack is deep, do it in layers. Letting each cure before doing the next layer.
