Don't fret. All concrete cracks. Clean out and around the crack well. Use a cement patch that includes latex. The patch will not be the same color as the surrounding cement. You can stain the existing to match. Or, you can paint the area a faux marble.

I had the same problem I bought cement mix in a bottle at home depot. It's ten years and the cement is still holding.
Concrete caulk. Stays flexible if there is any more movement.
