Try powerwash it
I only replaced warped or rotten planks, then I stained the entire fence with a darker (Solid) color then the original,
now the fence looks new again.
New fence would have cost about $3000,
did this trick with about $125.

You can pressure wash it.
Is it busted or ugly or broken and ugly? You can replace one board at a time instead of all of them replace bad ones they aren’t much per board.
Karen why does the fence need replacing? Is it rotting or does it just need a good power washing?
Karen: I recently sold my home and simply replaced bad pickets. (it passed inspection.) But I have seen REMARKABLE results with power-washing.
