Can I fix or do I need plumber works just dripping down
It needs to be adjusted, shut your water valve off for that bathroom and check to see if it loose.
The shower valve is is leaking. May need a new cartridge. Brands are different but repairs are basically similar.

You need a new faucet. Can you put one on? If not, call a plumber. If you go the plumber route, you can save some $$ by purchasing the faucet yourself. Either way, shut your water off.
I agree with William, shut off the water and let it drain out of the fixture, take out the screws and you'll see the cartridge, remove it and replace. Should be as good as new.
