How can I adjust the water flow in my low flow shower head ?
We have a low flow shower head. While I'm all for saving our resources, I need to be able to rinse my thick hair. Does anyone know how to increase the water flow?

There seems to be a quick fix, Pamela! I will send you several videos that cover different shower heads. I hope one of them works for you.

The low flow is a restrictor in the line...they can be physically removed.
Although these shower heads are supposedly water saving, I think that a person tends to run the water a much longer time trying to get enough water to do the job adequately, which in the end is not water saving.
By removing the restrictor as others have suggested, then yes, you will increase the volume of flow coming out of the shower.
I would suggest though that if you are using this particular shower regularly to wash your hair, to replace it with a non-low-flow shower head, but one that you can manually adjust the volume range from full on down to full off. Having control over the amount of water coming out at any one time will be water conserving in itself.
There is a restrictor in the shower head where it connects to the pipe. A small screwdriver and it pops out.
Thank you all of your help! I appreciate you!
if it doesnt have valve on the side .. you need to replace your shower head
