I have slow water pressure in my upstairs bathroom and wondered if anyone has an idea on how to fix this problem.

Locate the screw on the pressure valve. The screw is your adjuster, and it can only be maneuvered by loosening the lock nut. Fit a socket wrench over the adjustment nut on the top of the valve or loosen the lock nut with a pair of pliers. Then carefully turn the screw to adjust your water pressure.
