You can try using Bondo . But I think you need to replace.

I think this is one area where you need to bring in a professional, it’s important to know when to do so! With the possibility of major water damage if whatever you choose doesn’t work or you were to do it wrong isn’t worth it. Water damage causes extensive damage and mold which will make you very sick and even kill you.

My advise if you want to go it alone is pull it up look for mold and water damage and replace the tray.

If you can't replace it, I would definitely try to seal the crack with 2 part epoxy glue from a home improvement store. Try to make the epoxy lay flat as to be less noticeable If you're feeling adventurous, take an old or new plastic bucket and slice a "crack" inside on the bottom. Buy some of that Flex Seal and see if the bucket holds water. I think Flex Seal comes in white and black. If it works in the bucket and is not sticky when it dries, you could spray the whole floor. Another idea is to use "bedliner" It's the stuff they spray on pickup truck beds to protect them. There is a DIY brush on version you can buy. Hope this gave you some ideas. Good luck.
