Turn off water. Support Pipe as you remove & Replace faucet. Use plastic thread Tape. Enjoy.
Hi nanci, You may just need to tighten the screw in the middle of the on/off valve.
If this doesn't do it, here's a how to video: https://www.google.com/search?q=How+do+I+repair%2Freplace+valve+turn+off+on+leaky+outdoor+faucets%3F&oq=How+do+I+repair%2Freplace+valve+turn+off+on+leaky+outdoor+faucets%3F&aqs=chrome..69i57&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#kpvalbx=1
Good luck!
It isn't hard to do, hubby has done it many times. Above suggestions are really good.
Easy way - Buy a threaded ball valve adapter, screw on to existing outlet, attach hose. You are fixed. Leave faucet handle turned on and the lever on ball valve turned off until needed. I have done this on many outdoor faucets on 1970 vintage houses where the handle threads have worn out.

Thank you so much. Fixed one water outlet by tightening bank around faucet. BUT, one leaks even when water off. So, I will try your solution on that one.
