I would first try putting baking soda down the drain followed by white vinegar, leaving long enough to start the breakdown of the clog then keep very hot water running. If that does not work you may have to purchase a snake and unclog it by opening the trap under your sink.
I found some plastic snakes on amazon.com for about $10 a 6 pack and they are reusable. Pretty gross all the hair and stinky stuff I got out of my bathroom sink drain.

Is hair in it your problem? Do you know the cause of the blockage, any other drains effected?
Try taking off the trap, the loop under the sink and see if there is anything in it causing the block. You do not have to shut off the water because this is a drain and not a water source.
Typically they have hair and soap scum build up.
Before putting in caustic chemicals, get a dollar store dish pan and put it under the trap, then unscrew the spud nuts to remove the trap.
Be prepared for “icky stinky slimey”.
Take it outside and scrape it out into a bag for the outside trash can. Then take the garden hose to it.
First pour some baking soda down the drain. Then pure some vinegar down. Immediately cover the drain with a damp cloth. The pressure may push the clog thru. Use a plunger. Cover the overflow hole with a damp cloth. Fill the sink with some water. Plunge up and down. Usually can pull up a lot of crud and push the clog thru. If the clog is further down you may need to snake it from underneath by removing the P trap. This is what I have.

5 Natural Ways to Unclog a Bathroom Sink
have you tried draino, get it from dollar store it works
I use a long skinny tool called a hair grabber to remove hair out of my bathroom drains. That's usually what starts a problem. Good luck and stay safe!
I have one of these and it is awesome!!! All you have to do is stick it down into the drain and it will pull out what is clogging the drain. If that doesn't work you may need draino.

Thank You!!
Try 1/2 cup baking soda and 1 cup of white vinager put baking soda first then dump vinager let sit 1/2 hour then wash down with boiling water
First, check the pipes and make sure they are in condition. Remove as much as possible with a snake or drain cleaning tool. Pour ½ cup baking soda then ½ cup white vinegar in the drain and cover, letting sit for 20 minutes. Boil water, remove cover, and pour water down the drain. You may have to repeat the process.
