Use a Plumbers Suction Cup, or Drain Clear.
Use a plunger. Although I've never tried it, you can put some dish soap in the toilet and wait 5-10 minutes for it to reach the clog.
Plunging is the best tried and true way to do it. I don't know about quickly if it's an unusual clog like a washcloth or excess toilet paper. That's going to take time regardless. You can also purchase a drill attachment to snake the lines but that's not quick because you will have to acquire the tool.
On another note, using a preventive measure on a regular basis can help prevent clogs. I use Green Gobbler monthly and it helps to keep septic tank and lines flowing freely. I have 3 toilets so I alternate which one I flush it down. Also, anytime I have milk that has gone bad I flush it to help encourage growth of microbes needed for septic systems.
The most obvious, cheapest way to unclog a toilet is the plunger.
Another technique you can try is to add cheap liquid soap (shampoo, dish detergent, hand soap) to the toilet, pour this around the line where the water meets the bowl. Next take a bucket of cold water and pour it into the toilet centering the force over the center of the toilet, the higher you pour from the more force will be into pushing the contents of the clog down and out.
Hello Fabiana, a plunger usually works but if it doesn't or you don't have one, here's a link to some other possibilities.

Hi Fabiana, if you have a plunger plunge hard, but you can always use hot water (not boiling hot) and dish soap to try to release the clog, pour hot water into the soapy toilet bowl until it flushes
Do NOT pour boiling water down your sink or toilet. In addition, using boiling water to clear a clogged toilet can melt the wax ring around the toilet, or even crack the porcelain bowl, leading to a pricey trip to your favorite hardware store.
I agree with several people who suggested a plunger. Blockage seems to be a problem in my house with certain family members. I won’t go into the indelicate details but when I hear my name and the word toilet in the same sentence I grab the plunger and head to the bathroom.
The key to using the plunger is to slowly push down then quickly pull up. This will loosen the blockage. If you vigorously do this for about 5 seconds it should work. Pull-push-pull-push-pull-push and you are a hero.
Most hardware stores have a cheap plastic snake about 2 feet long which I have had to use when the clog was particularly bad.
There is a proper way to use a plunger. People just plop it in a start pumping away. You need to know HOW to use it. First the air in the ball of the plunger forces the clog down. The suction can also PULL the clog back up to break it up. People just pump away with little success.

hey there, Fabiana! you can use hot water and dish soap to unclog the toilet quickly. you can heat up a gallon of water and pour some dish soap. while waiting for it to boil. then, pour it into the toilet. within 10-15 minutes, the dish soap and hot water will eventually soften the clog since the dish soap acts as the lubricant.
