the radon gas comes from the soil, the best way to remove it is to vent it out of your house. check with a contractor who does radon removal. radon gas is linked to lung cancer.

You should probably get on your state website and EPA. There should be contractors registered with the state you live in. The contractors that built your house should be registered.
