Try a pumice stone
Debbie is absolutely correct. In the future, when cleaning a toilet, use either bleach, Efferdent or a cleaner specifically made to clean toilets and a toilet brush. Any other method will scratch the porcelain.
empty your bowl and get WD40 and get some of those multi colored scrubby pads like at the dollar store .Spray on WD40 and scrub well with the pad . When it looks good just let water back into the bowl .It will also help keep your toilet cleaner
Empty bowl of water. Scrub with Barkeepers Friend, let water back in. Sparkling clean!
Just use Comet a rag and your hand to scour the scraps off. Looks like your toilet brush has metal holding the bristles together. Toss that baby and get a plastic brush.
Barkeepers Friend is a type of cleanser. It comes in powder form and also liquid. It can be used on all types of surfaces, and "cleans where others fail".
