It's possible that your sinks drain into the same drain pipe and it isn't big enough to carry that much water at once.

Hi,
Your plumbing from both sinks run into the same drain line.
Sounds like you have a block in one or both.. but, either way there is a blockage.
You can snake both sinks or you can force it down with hot water and plunger.
Could be hair, soap , and enzyme buildup.
Pending on how old the house is, you might need to change the pea-traps where it turns or call a plumber. But, you can YouTube for tutorials.
