Probably. Turn off the water feed and unscrew the knobs. You may just need new washers. if that does not do it, you need new valve seats. You can buy a tool designed to extract and reseat the valves. Try an old fashioned hardware store instead of a big box if you want advice on what to get.

Take the knobs off and take the everything inside to Lowes , Home Depot or what ever and buy everything , it will save you trips when the very old washers and seats are bad
