Unable to get hot water from hot water heater to shower or faucets

we have not been able to get hot water from water heater to shower or faucets, we replaced water heater we have replumed but still no hot water

If it is an electric water heater check the power, make sure both heater and breakers receiving 240 volts even though a breaker may be on and not tripped it could be a bad breaker. If it is gas heater check pilot light.
