Put a box of baking soda in the disposal and then add a large bottle of vinegar.

I think they still supply an allen wrench shaped tool that turns the disposer to free one that is stuck. Should be a place on the bottom of your disposer to fit it in and turn to loosen clogs. I was told by a plumber once, that really hot boiling water clears most clogs. Worth a try. I have used the boiling water in bathroom sinks and tubs and it worked for me. I do not put much stuff in my disposer, I used that screened insert in the drain and just put scraps in the trash. I hate a clogged drain. Good luck.
