Mirror scratched husband hit w electric razor. Not cipped but can see a 1/4 inch black mark. I remember somebody mentioning resilvering a mirror. How can I do this

resilvering it usually done from the back of the mirror; did he scratch the actual glass on front? it's 2 different things to fix
Clear fingernail polish can coat the scratch to be nearly invisible. After it’s dry, you can clean the mirror as usual. Glad it was the mirror scratch’d, not the husband crack’d.
You don't need resilvering, that's done from behind and more exspensive than a new mirror. Need to deal with the scuff.
