How do I make my "nonstick" Copper pan nonstick again?
My 3 mo. old "nonstick" Copper pan is sticking. I tried reseasoning it with 1 tbsp. oil and a 300 degree oven for 20 minutes. It worked for about 2 uses, but then started sticking again.

I add a bit of olive oil each time I wash my pan to keep it non-stick, mine is about 5 years old. I have reseasoned it in the oven also.
I don't use abrasives to clean it, just soak in the sink and whatever you burned on comes off. I've brought these for each of my clients as gifts..... and had to teach them to lower the heat when cooking.
A few of mine stick too. I found an article that said, to make a non stick pan stick again...
To do so, simply mix 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons baking soda, and ½ cup white vinegar in the pot or pan that's lost its stick, set on the stove, and heat until boiling for 10 minutes. Wash the pot as usual, then rub vegetable oil on the surface to re-season it and get the non-stick surface back.
I've found nothing is non stick for long. I just got another one.
