What product can I use to seal small leaks in my metal bird bath?

You could sand them down and spray them with either metallic spray paint or a textured spray that looks like concrete or other masonry. Spray paints are now available in hundreds of colors, textures and finishes!

Clean & sand any really bad rusty area then spray paint with rustoleum.
