Can you put a wax or some finish on glass shower doors?

I get so tired of squeezging the whole shower each time I use it and then find water spots still there later.

After one last clean, spray on Rain-X. We use it on our shower and it repels the water just like on your car windshield.

You can also use car paste wax which seems to last a little longer than the Rain X, but it's a lot more work.
I take used dryer sheets and wipe down the shower door . It removes soap scum and glass stays clean for a while . Also cleans the chrome
