Hardware store or big box store is a good place to start. Look at the hinge spots carefully, and make a template to take with you to the store. Next would be on line shopping. If you know the maker of the table that would help too.

Do you mean the hinges that attaches the machine and the cabinet so it can be lowered? Go to your local sewing machine repair shop and they will have what you need.
Look the make/model on the internet and contact them directly. They should be able to guide you to something that works.
Take a photo of where they the original hinges were placed so you can remember the shape. Take measurements and go to a hardware store to see what you can find. If that's a miss try a store that sells sewing machines and cabinets.
Call Ace Hardware. They can usually help with anything. Also call the maker of the machine - if they are still in business - and see if they can help you out.
