I mirrored the window panes around my bathroom but the glue is showing
I mirrored the 20 small window panes surrounding my bathroom door and now the glue stains are showing through. What to do?
The quick answer is there is no EASY way to repair it. Resurfacing a mirror is all kinds of messy. So, unless you want to replace the mirror the easiest way is to cover the edge. You can cover them with just about anything. Depending on the existing cabinet, you get to choose! If you want to match the cabinet, you can get some molding at your home store (plastic or wood, again your choice!) and cut it to fit. Paint (or stain) it to the the color you want. You can glue it on with almost anything - gorilla glue, hot glue, silicone adhesive - whatever.)
If you have a certain style or theme in your bathroom, you could do that to cover the edges. There are all kinds of materials from small bathroom tiles (cut to fit), to mosaic, to rope, even decoupage a nice scrapbook paper. Think of this as an opportunity to make your mirror pop and have some fun doing it!
Here is a alternate solution to your mirror issue. Add some trim around the mirror to hide the damage edges.
Maybe you can disguise them? I used overlays on my bedroom mirrored doors: https://thehoneycombhome.com/mirrored-closet-door-makeover/
