The track is simply a metal channel. Repair? That depends on what is wrong with it, but there isn't much to go wrong. Perhaps replacement is the proper option.
An entire kit including track, hinges, bottom pivot and new top guides for a 36" bifold door is $15 at Home Depot. If you just need the guides it is under $5.
You'll need to do some work on it to figure out why it isn't working properly in order to keep your costs down. It is unlikely that everything is bad unless something physically ran into the door, knocking everything down. In that case, the $15 kit will do since it replaces everything but the door.
I believe the big box hardware stores sell replacement parts.
Remove broken parts and take with you to hardware store or home improvement center so you can match up the parts correctly.
