How do I cover the space where a door handle should go?
I found the perfect pantry door- but it's hung for the wrong side. I need a left and the door is a right! I know there must be a solution other than a boring metal circle. How can I cover up the where the handle was originally drilled?!?!

I want to fill in the door knob hole in a solid wood door!
You could do something creative like putting the word"pantry" on the right side over the hole. Letters come in all sizes and materials at craft store. Writing the word from to to bottom with metal letters or painted wooden letters would be really neat!
Chantel, I will send you several videos and you pick the one you like best.

You can turn the door upside down so hole is on correct side. Yes it will be too high. You can apply a thin decorative rectangle block that would span down to the new door knob and hiding the old hole. Kind of like a push plate for a door, but decorative.
Use a hole saw to cut out a hole of the same size on the other side where you want the handle to be, then use the wood circle you sawed out to plug the hole. Mix the sawdust with Elmer's glue to make it stick.
