Cure the damp problem....
is the paint varnish intact? raw wood will swell when the humidity is high.
After you have identified exactly where the door is sticking, use a light grade sand paper and sand down that area. Go slowly and stop and check to see if you have sanded it enough to then close. You don't want to over sand it yet you may have to keep sanding some until it closes.
