How do you fixed the gaps in your mobile home windows

if we want windows open when it's cool enough without the air on then got to remove the duct tape from the windows because when we have the air on got to use duct tape for the gaps

You could purchase Plexiglas and have it cut to fit your windows. Then apply Velcro to hold the Plexiglas in place when needed. When you want to open the windows simply pull and store the Plexiglas. Good luck!

They originally had weatherstripping in those gaps, and there should be a small space for it. It's probably about 3/8" wide, fuzzy stuff.
