Replace the door bottom seal. Over time the rubber seal breaks down, loses it's elasticity, and get smashed from continued use.
You need weather stripping for your garage door
A friend slit pool noodles open and slid them onto the bottom of the door all the way down. Worked great, cheep and easy to replace.
