I don't think you should remove the window. Just use a step ladder to clean it.

    Hope this helps

A storm door is pretty easy to clean. Use whatever spray cleaner you like. Latch the door so it won't swing open while cleaning. Inside, spray the bottom third, do horizontal strokes with a microfiber cloth. Then the next third, and if needed a small stool for the top third. Then go outside and repeat using vertical strokes. When you check for smears you will know if the smear is horizontal its on the inside and vertical the outside.

Ifyour storm window is really dirty, go over it twice. Microfiber clothes are great and washable to use over and over.

I can remove the window from my storm door there are little screws around the sides with small clip. But I only remove it to add screen. Not need to clean it.

Mine has 4 little openings and there is a tiny screw in there to remove glass on the aluminum frame.

The window should slide out for removal and cleaning. Does it lift up and down so that you can have the glass exposed on both sides?

That is what I'm trying to find out because there is a stationary screen on the outside.
